How much does it cost?

Every clean is tailored to the homeowner. A manager will call round to spend time with you going round your home to discuss and assess your needs and requirements. Things that will have a bearing on the cost include, the number of people living in the house, whether there are pets, all rooms to be done or just some, and special requirements for particular pieces of furniture.  

You will be given a no obligation quote and offered a cleaning slot that suits your own schedule. You can make a decision at this stage, or alternatively come back to us.

How often will I need a clean? 

When visiting to provide the initial quote our manager will discuss with you the frequency that should meet your requirements.  

If yours is a busy house with lots family members and pets you may need a weekly clean.

If there are only two of you in the house and you're both out working, then fortnightly is probably enough. 

You may no longer be able to get down to the low places like skirting boards and high places to remove cobwebs, but can still manage the day to day easier cleaning, in which case four weekly could suit.

Some people like us to come in once every few months to do a spring clean.

What if I need extras? 

If you have guests coming to stay or need some help such as cleaning the oven, fridge, insides of cupboards, or a couple of extra bedrooms done, then just let us know before your next regular clean and we will slot this in.

How do I pay?

We aim to make this as convenient as possible. You simply give us your bank or credit card details (which we treat in the strictest of security and confidentiality at all times) and we debit the amount off your card each time.  Alternatively you can leave a cheque or cash out for the cleaners.  

However you pay, we do not take payments until the clean is completed.

How long does each clean take?

We don't quote or set a specific time for a job. Instead we set the tasks required and complete them. Our teams will have an estimated time to spend, which for regular cleaning can mean some visits will be longer than others. This may be a result of you having not been well or you have had guests staying over. We will not leave a job partially completed. If we find a job consistently takes longer, or is indeed quicker than expected we will contact you to discuss the schedule and the price.

We always recommend spending longer for the first clean to bring the house up to the level we aim to maintain over the longer term.

Can I trust your cleaners?

We have very thorough interview, vetting and training procedures to help ensure all our staff are highly dependable, careful, discreet and trustworthy. Our business depends on its highly regarded reputation so we take this very seriously.

What about security and insurance? 

All our staff are fully insured and fidelity bonded against damage to your property and also injury to themselves whilst in your home. 

To provide you with extra peace of mind all of our staff are also police vetted.

I won't be in - so what about access to my property?

We have a secure key holding facility and hold keys to most of our customers' homes as many of them are out at work when we call. Alternatively, if you'd rather be at home when our cleaners visit that's fine too.

What if I'm unhappy with the clean?  

Homefresh strives to maintain the highest standards at all times. But, if for any reason you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please call us within four working days. We'll discuss the problem with you with the aim of completing everything to your satisfaction.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

We take social responsibility seriously. As a result we use as far as possible professional cleaning products that don't impact the environment in a negative way.  Although we supply all our own materials and products, if there is a specific product of your own you would rather we use for a particular area of your home then simply let us know.
